1. How do I register for Captain of Captains?

Click on the register link on the home page to become a registered member of Captain of Captains. All you will need is a valid e-mail address to register a team. You are only allowed to create one team per person.

2. I have forgotten my password, how do i retrieve it?

Click on the forgot password link on the home page. Just enter your e-mail address in the text box and click ‘Submit’. If you have given a valid e-mail address while registering, your password will be e-mailed to that address.

3. How often and when are the scores updated?

The scores are updated at the end of every match. The results will be updated the following day.

4. How many times can I change my team?

You can change your team as many times as you want before the start of the match. You will be given a secret code when you submit your team, and you will have to enter the code if you want to edit your team.

5. How do I know if I have won?

You will be notified by phone or e-mail within 30 working days.

6. How can I find out if I have won?

Just click on the ‘Daily Standing’ under the ‘winners’ tab the day after the match.

7. I have won but I have not received any confirmation or any prize?

Announcement of the winners shall be made directly to them through e-mail or telephone within 30 working days. The winners will need to factor in a 4-6 weeks period from the time of announcement as winners for delivery of the prize.
